Learn by
doing.
Games and tools built from the books: train your script, your eye for ads, your objection answers and your numbers. Everything runs in your browser.
Drag any game or tool by its handle (or use the arrows) to put the one you play most at the top. Your order is saved on this device.
- Paste your script. A sales opener, a pitch, an objection answer. Anything you want to say without looking.
- Read it out loud. Every round, one more random word turns into a black bar.
- Say it again from memory. Fill the bars with your voice. Stuck? Tap the bar to peek, and it counts as a peek.
- Keep going until every word is gone and you can say the whole script without looking.
Read it out loud. Then hide one more word.
- Read the situation. A real kind of business with a real problem.
- Pick the ad (or answer) you'd run.
- Learn why. Every round explains what made the winner work: the hook, the offer, the proof, the numbers.
The craziest guy I met in door-to-door sales walked between doors chanting “One. One. One. One.” until he made his first sale of the day. Then it was “Two. Two. Two. Two.” He became the sales leader. This is his system as a game.
- Set today's goal. One number you control: sales, booked calls, replies. Name it.
- Play your number. The big counter shows the number you're chasing, like 1.1.1.1. Chase it until you get it.
- Tap “I got one” every time you win. The counter moves up to 2.2.2.2, then 3.3.3.3, until your goal is hit.
- Pay for missing. Pick a price that bothers you, and tap “I missed” when you let it slide. Build a streak, one day at a time.
Don't scream at other people. Say your number to yourself, in the car or on the street. The 1.1.1.1 guide has the full story.
Someone says no. What do you say? In 10 MIL SALG the answer is the 3A rule: Acknowledge what they said, Associate it with something familiar, then Ask a question. No arguing, no “but”. Pick the best reply in each round.
Know your numbers before you spend your first krone. Enter what you sell and what a test might look like. This follows the maths in 500 KR ANNONSER: break-even ROAS = price ÷ what you keep. Defaults are the book's shaker example. Everything stays in your browser.
One big challenge a week, the same for everyone, and a little out of reach on purpose. It's not always about business. Change something about yourself, once a week. Tap “I'm in” when you accept it, and “I did it” when it's done.
Use common sense: if a challenge doesn't suit your health, level or situation, scale it down or skip it. Your pace, your call.
Two calculators in one. 1. Profit & ROAS: you have a price, so what do you keep and what ROAS do you need? 2. Price finder: you know the margin you want, so what price should you charge? The maths follows 500 KR ANNONSER: break-even ROAS = price ÷ what you keep, calculated on the price without VAT (MVA). Amazon's fees differ by category and country and change often, so check yours in Seller Central. Everything stays in your browser.

The 10 MIL SALG cheat sheet
Mindset
- Sales = helping someone decide, faster and with confidence.
- Be a Guide, not a Pusher or Waiter.
- A no is usually a defence. A real no is calm, specific and repeated.
- One number a day, and a price for missing it.
Open
- WHO · WHY · WHAT · FAIR.
- First no? Agree, Add, Ask. Stay a step back. Get inside.
Middle
- Questions steer: situation, problem, consequence, vision.
- Demo: one feature, tied to the problem, then a check-in question.
- Four buyers: fast, detail, worrier, talker. Match their speed.
- 3A + yes loop + redirect loop. Objection? Find the missing yes.
Close
- Signal? Stop selling and close.
- Which, not whether. Stack. Anchor. Cost of nothing.
- Never give without getting: “If I…, could you…?”
- Say the price. Stay silent.
- Ask more than once. Never leave without a next step.
After
- Reinforce. Explain the contract.
- Ask for a named referral. Knock the neighbors.
Always
- Say true things.
- Respect a real no.
- Friend test.
